When you enroll in our Cruise Certification Training Program , you will receive extensive product training needed to become successful in the cruise travel industry. This training was designed for independent business owners and entrepreneurs with little to no experience in the cruise or travel selling industry.

Enrolled agents will receive the CLIA Certified Cruise Counselor (CCC) Certification, as well as certification from all the major ocean and river cruise lines and various resorts. This program was designed for independent business owners and entrepreneurs with little to no experience in the cruise or travel selling industry.

Enrolled agents will receive the CLIA Certified Cruise Our program equips you with the essential tools and self-marketing strategies needed to succeed in selling cruises and growing a profitable travel business. As an enrolled agent, you’ll earn the CLIA Certified Cruise Counselor (CCC) Certification, along with certifications from all major ocean and river cruise lines, as well as select resort brands. This comprehensive training is specifically designed for independent business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs who have little to no prior experience in the cruise or travel industry, making it the perfect starting point for launching your career in travel.

*Terms and Conditions: The new enrollee must complete their designated CLIA sponsored training courses within the first (2) months following payment of their initial annual fee, and submit documentation per the logbook instructions and to Sunergia Travel Group showing completion of the coursework in order to proceed to the next levels of training in the program. Continuance in the overall program is contingent upon this and full completion of all certification requirements. In addition to the classes, the enrollee is required to complete (1) live or virtual ship inspection on a CLIA Global member line, and book (3) cruises on a Global member line to complete the certification requirements. The initial and annual renewal fees with Cruise.com are non-refundable should you choose to leave the program early yourself. Should Sunergia Travel Group end your membership in the program early, any annual fee you paid will not be prorated and/or refunded to you, less any applicable training or certification fees paid on your behalf (applicable to the first year membership dues only), or any other outstanding charges.The enrollee must be an active CLIA Individual Agent Member (IAM) and maintain active membership during the certification period. All other required technology and support training must also be successfully completed within the first 12 months of the CLIA certification period in order to become a fully operating affiliate in the Cruise.com Host Agency program. The enrollee must pay their initial and renewal annual fees with Cruise.com within the time frames specified by Cruise.com, and the enrollee is responsible for maintaining their CLIA individual membership after the first year, including payment of the annual membership and any other documentation required by CLIA.The enrollee is encouraged to purchase their own liability insurance to supplement the professional errors and omissions limited coverage provided by Sunergia Travel Group

*Terms and Conditions: The new enrollee must complete their assigned CLIA-sponsored training courses within six (6) months of paying their initial annual fee. Documentation of course completion must be submitted as outlined in the logbook and provided to Sunergia Travel Group to advance to the next training levels. Ongoing participation in the program depends on this step and the full completion of all certification requirements. Additionally, enrollees must complete one (1) live or virtual ship inspection with a CLIA Global member line and book three (3) cruises with a Global member line to meet certification standards. Initial and renewal fees paid to Sunergia Travel Group are non-refundable if the enrollee voluntarily exits the program early. If Sunergia Travel Group terminates your participation, your annual fee will not be prorated or refunded, minus any training or certification expenses paid on your behalf (this applies to first-year membership only), or any outstanding charges. Enrollees must maintain active CLIA Individual Agent Member (IAM) status throughout the certification period. All required technology and support training must be successfully completed within 12 months to qualify as a fully active affiliate of the Sunergia Travel Group Host Agency Program. Enrollees are responsible for paying initial and renewal fees to Sunergia Travel Group within stated deadlines and for maintaining their own CLIA membership after the first year, including annual fees and required documentation. It is also recommended that enrollees obtain personal liability insurance to supplement the limited errors and omissions coverage provided by Sunergia Travel Group.
